In the historic Sullivan County seat near Tri-Cities Airport, Brian Tankersley brings thorough inspections to Blountville homes old and new.
Blountville, the Sullivan County seat, is one of Tennessee's historic towns, with a downtown historic district that includes the Deery Inn and a small-town feel just minutes from Tri-Cities Airport. Homes here range from historic houses and established neighborhoods to rural properties and new construction. Certified Home Inspection LLC, owned and operated by Brian Tankersley, State of Tennessee Certified Real Estate Inspector (License #1277), serves home buyers and sellers throughout Blountville.
Older Blountville homes often have original wiring, aging plumbing, and crawl spaces that deserve careful attention, while newer homes benefit from an independent inspection before closing. Rural properties served by private wells or septic systems may call for additional evaluation, and Brian can talk you through your options during a free consultation. Brian inspects every home top to bottom, walks you through his findings, and delivers a detailed report with photos the same day.
Radon is found in homes throughout East Tennessee, so radon testing is a valuable addition to any Blountville inspection. Whether you're buying near the historic district or out in the county, Brian takes the time to answer your questions, and free consultations are always available before you book. Call or text 423-360-7203 to schedule your Blountville inspection.
